Your orders are prepared within 1-3 business days and delivered to the cargo authorities.
*Orders received on official days, weekends and after 16:00 on Friday will be processed on the first business day.
**This period may be extended due to the intensity of the campaign periods.
For domestic orders, your cargo is delivered to you within 1-2 business days in Istanbul and 2-4 business days outside Istanbul on weekdays with the assurance of Yurtiçi Kargo.

Orders abroad are sent with DHL/FEDEX/UPS/ARAMEX companies. Which cargo company will be sent with and delivery time varies according to the countries.
When your order is delivered to cargo, cargo tracking information will be sent to you via e-mail.
